This Development, located on the intersection of 17th Avenue and 14th Street SW, is in one of the most valuable and highly sought after commercial, retail, and residential markets due to the area demographics, location profile, and arterial access. In the last five years alone, 17th Avenue has broken records for both revenue and price per square foot achieved through sale and appraisal.
The Sentinel is located at the west end of the Red Mile across from our ASI Scotia Block Building and directly adjacent to the affluent communities of Scarboro and Mount Royal as well as the highly desirable inner city communities of Sunalta, Bankview and the Beltline. Our vision for the project includes a mixed use development with retail on the main and second floors with residential above. The main floor retail will consist of an urban grocer and other boutique retail shops.
We are currently working with the city planners and the community associations to advance a plan for the development. Our mission for this project as well as all our other projects is to enhance the neighbourhoods we develop in and provide the needed local services. This creates a catalyst for positive change for all the stakeholders within the area.
